These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilno1 ("jilno1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilno1 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at jilno1.com and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

jilno1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of jilno1 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address.

Each individual may hold only one (1) jilno1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify jilno1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jilno1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Account sharing with any third party, including family members, is prohibited.
• You must keep your registered details up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

jilno1 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

All transactions on the jilno1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilno1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya.
• Deposits are credited to your jilno1 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• jilno1 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
• jilno1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

jilno1 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• jilno1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• jilno1 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilno1 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such errors must be reported to jilno1 support immediately;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilno1 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jilno1 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of jilno1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use jilno1 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilno1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jilno1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilno1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilno1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

jilno1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

jilno1's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
